  Curb parking, our side & across the street The studio next door - we can park in the front lot, but please don't block the gate to the back lot. The grassy area that doesn't have a hard curb, on the same side as the building but going toward the bank (you've probably seen the MINI there a few times) - this is ok but be mindful of the No Parking sign further up...
